Everything you need to know about collecting from our Mill Park studio, delivery options across Melbourne, and venue requirements before you book.

• Location: Complimentary collection and return from our studio in Mill Park, VIC.
• Transport Requirements: Arches, sail backdrops, and larger plinths require an enclosed van, ute, or large SUV with seats folded completely flat. Please bring suitable blankets and tie-down straps to protect hire items during transit.
• Bond: A refundable security bond is required for all DIY dry-hire collections.

• Service Area: Professional delivery, on-site styling, and collection available across Greater Melbourne.
• Quoting: Delivery fees are calculated based on venue suburb, travel distance, and bump-in/bump-out scheduling.
• Late-Night Collections: Events concluding with collections after 10:00 PM incur standard after-hours rates.

• Standard Access: Quoted delivery rates assume flat, step-free ground-floor access with adjacent loading parking.
• Difficult Access / Stairs: Venues requiring stair access, escalators, long carries from loading bays, or service lift transit require advance notice and incur handling surcharges to cover additional crew and time. Please provide access details upon inquiry.
