CAN I PICK UP ITEMS DIRECTLY?
Yes. Standalone hire pieces such as plinths, display stands, and smaller props can be collected from our Mill Park studio. Clean, covered, and enclosed transport is required.
HOW DOES DELIVERY & STYLING WORK?
We provide full-service delivery, on-site installation, and post-event pack-down across Melbourne. Delivery and travel fees are calculated based on your venue location, access hours, and setup window. Minimum hire spends apply to delivery bookings.
IS A SECURITY BOND REQUIRED?
Yes. A refundable security bond is required for all hire bookings. The bond is held against damage, loss, or heavy staining and is refunded promptly following inspection after your event.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance for standard packages, and 6 to 8 weeks for peak season or wedding dates. Short-notice bookings within 14 days are accepted subject to calendar availability.
